If you graduated from Adult School, Phoenix Program, or another school, you must contact the corresponding office since those records ARE NOT kept at MMHS.
 
 
 
IMPORTANT: Information will not be verified over the phone, DIPLOMAS CANNOT BE DUPLICATED & Official Transcripts cannot be faxed or emailed.  An Official Transcript is considered an official documentation of graduation by colleges and employers. Former students must request their own transcripts online, in writing by mail or in person.  *Parent or legal guardian may request records if student is under 18 years old, but must include copy of valid ID as well as student ID. We process request in the order they are received and it might take 1-5 working business days once ALL requirements are received.  Expect longer delays at the end of the school year. If you will be requesting via mail, allowed transit time.  *All Official Transcripts are sent via USPS. Records other than transcripts, are kept on file only 5 years after graduation or last date of attendance; records are destroyed after 5 years for data security.
CAHSEE RETROACTIVE EXEMPTION (Senate Bill 172)- Students who did not passed the California High School Exit Exam, but completed all other graduation requirements (2006-2015), are now able to get their high school diploma and official transcript. If you are one of these students, and this is the first time you're requesting a transcript, you must speak with a counselor first.
Do not submit a request if you have not spoken with a counselor. Our counseling office number is 619-667-6439.

Step 1 - Pay online - Popup blocker must be disable. Save copy of receipt. Pay Transcript
Step 2 - Complete the Online Transcript Request
Step 3 - Send your name, date of birth, payment receipt, and valid pictured ID to mmhstranscripts@guhsd.net

Forms received without payment, unreadable or missing information will not be processed.
 
 
 

In Person or Mail Request 

Step 1 - Download, fully complete and sign the Transcript & Record Request Form 
Step 2 - Make a copy of your valid pictured ID
Step 3 - Get a money order, money gram, or cashier checks for exact amount to pay for transcripts
              ($2.00 per transcript).  ***Checks, American Express & billing are not accepted/available.
Step 4 - Bring in person all documents including payment, or send them via mail to:

We process request in the order they are received; bringing the documents in person does not speed up the process.  Once we processed your request, you'll receive a confirmation email.
