About MMHS Theatre

Theatre has something for everyone. If you are interested in acting, want to develop your confidence in front of an audience or just want to work backstage, all of this can happen in a theatre class. You will work individually and with groups to create original works, perform scenes and monologues as well as participate in a number of ensemble activities. In addition, you will have the opportunity to see live professional theatre and learn about elements of stagecraft and theatre production.

Theatre at Mount Miguel is a place where students are encouraged to explore and experience the joys of creating and performing live theatre. Students get hands on experience with acting, directing, writing, lighting, sound and other areas of stage craft.
