*** Before requesting records, you should know:
* Information will not be verified by email, phone, or voice mail.
* Diplomas CANNOT be duplicated and official transcripts are the legal documents to prove graduation or attendance.
* Only the person of interest may request their records, if 18 years of age or older.
* Third-party requests must include a signed release of information from the person of interest.
* After five years from the final date of attendance, only official transcripts are retained on file; all other records are destroyed for security.
* It may take up to five business days to process record requests.
* The records department is available M-F from 8 AM to 12 PM and 1 PM to 3 PM.
