*** Before requesting records, please know:
* Information will not be verified by email, phone, or voice mail.
* Diplomas CANNOT be duplicated.
* Official Transcript is the legal document to prove graduation and attendance.
* Only the person of interest may request their records if 18 years of age or older.
* Records are destroyed 5 years after graduation, and only Official Transcripts are retained on file.
* It may take up to five business days to process record requests.
* The records department is available M-F from 8 AM to 12 PM and 1 PM to 3 PM, except holidays.

Legal Guardians
If your student is under 17 years or younger, you may request records in person in the counseling office.
If your student is 18 years or older, the student needs to request the records from the links above.
