Proof of Graduation: The Official Transcript serves as the legal document confirming both graduation and attendance.
Eligibility to Request Records: Only the individual in question may request their records if they are 18 years of age or older.
Record Retention: Student records are retained for five years post last date of attendance. After this period, only Official Transcripts remain on file.
Processing Time: Record requests may take up to five business days to process.
Office Hours: The records department is openMonday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, excluding holidays.
