Log in to your Infinite Campus and check your date of birth, gender, spelling, and proper grammar of your LEGAL name. Your information should be exactly as it shows on your birth certificate or court documents (if applicable).
If your personal information is INCORRECT, you must bring a copy of your birth certificate or court documents (if applicable), to the counseling office. DO NOT come during class time.

- The deadline for name or date of birth corrections was on or before February 15th, 2024.
