-Only individuals who are 18 years or older may request their transcripts. A third party in need of a transcript may have the person of interest submit a Parchment transcript request and designate the third party as the recipient.
- Subpoenas must be presented in person, with attention to the MMHS Principal.
- Education Verification requests via Parchment must include a signed release of information from the person of interest.
- Student records are purged 5 years after the last date of attendance (graduation), and only Official Transcripts are kept on file.
- Diplomas CANNOT be duplicated, and an Official Transcript is the legal document to prove graduation and attendance.
- Information will not be verified by fax, email, phone, or voice mail.
- It may take up to five business days to process record requests.
- The records department is available Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 12 PM and 1 PM to 3 PM, except on holidays.
