-Only individuals who are 18 years or older may request their transcripts. If a third party needs access, they must have the individual submit a Parchment transcript request and designate them as the recipient
- Subpoenas must be presented in person, with attention to Mrs Terrones
- Education Verification requests via Parchment must include a signed release of information from the person of interest
- Student records are purged 5 years after the last date of attendance (graduation), and only Official Transcripts are kept on file
- Diplomas CANNOT be duplicated, and an Official Transcript is the legal document to prove graduation and attendance
- Information will not be verified by fax, email, phone, or voice mail
- It may take up to five business days to process record requests
- The records department is available Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 12 PM and 1 PM to 3 PM, except on holidays
