Important Information Before Requesting Records:

 
    • Verification Process: Information cannot be verified via email, phone, or voicemail.
    • Diploma Policy: Diplomas cannot be duplicated.
    • Proof of Graduation: The Official Transcript serves as the legal document confirming both graduation and attendance.
    • Eligibility to Request Records: Only the individual in question may request their records if they are 18 years of age or older.
    • Record Retention: Student records are retained for five years following graduation. After this period, only Official Transcripts remain on file.
    • Processing Time: Record requests may take up to five business days to process.
    • Office Hours: The records department is open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, excluding holidays.
